Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
