Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Jackson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
