Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Iron Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Jackson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
