Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Jackson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
