Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Clear Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
