Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Beacon Staffing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
