Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Houston across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Houston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
