Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Bridge Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
