Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Quarry Health provides primary and specialty care in Honolulu, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
