Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Staffing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
