Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Rook Property Management looks after rental homes across the Hartford area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
