Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Meridian Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Hartford with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
