Rivermark Cross Foods is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
