Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
