Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Grand Rapids with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
