Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
