Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Juniper Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Grand Rapids region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
