Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield River Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
