Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Fern Freight is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
