Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Drift Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
