Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Sparrow Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
