Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Maple Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
