Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 238 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
