Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Umber Health Group is a healthcare provider in Fort Worth with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
