Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
