Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Granite Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
