Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Keystone Banking Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
