Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Ember Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
