Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Summit Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework.
