Stonegate Iron Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 944 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment.
