Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Corner Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
