Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
