Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Summit Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
