Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Rook Insurance is an insurance company in Fort Worth with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
