Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services works with county and city offices around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
