Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
