Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Meadow Staffing places workers with employers around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
