Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Meridian Foods is a Fort Worth food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
