Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 241 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
