Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around Des Moines, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
