Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Community Partners Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
