Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Rowan Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
