Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
