Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Fernwood River Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Denver area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
