Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Junction Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Denver and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
