Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Nova Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Denver, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
