Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Basin Foods is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
