Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Energy and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
