Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Amber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Dallas supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
