Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Dallas, TX)

Lumen Birch Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Dallas presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
